All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. Once an order is placed, we ARE NOT able to honor CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS! X-EDGE will accept exchanges within 72 hours of receiving your package. If the return request is made after, we will not honor your request.

X-EDGE has the right to refuse the exchange if the merchandise does not meet quality standards. Must be in original condition with tags attached. X-EDGE does accept exchanges on promo sale items and marked down items. 

Original Shipping and handing costs are non-refundable and costumer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once received, we will contact you immediately to confirm details and issue a store credit.
